Terms of service

Submitting a request through this site is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once we have confirmed a date and window with you directly. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed window, but emergency calls and conditions outside our control can cause delays; we will tell you as soon as we know.

A diagnostic fee applies to service calls and covers the visit and the diagnosis. Repair work is quoted before it begins and requires your approval. If additional faults are found once work is under way, we will stop and re-quote rather than proceeding.

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to late charges as permitted by state law.

Our labour is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will help you claim. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, power events, or work performed by others.

You agree to provide safe access to the equipment. We may decline or pause work where conditions are unsafe — for example live electrical hazards, structural problems, pests or biological hazards — and will explain why.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you book.
