What we do
HVAC service for every season
From a failed capacitor on the hottest day of the year to a properly sized system replacement, our technicians handle it with the same standard of work.
Why Cool Rush Air
The difference is in how the work gets done
Anyone can swap a part. What you are really paying for is an accurate diagnosis, an honest recommendation and a system that keeps running after we leave.
Upfront pricing, in writing
You approve the price before a single tool comes out of the truck. No hourly surprises, no invoice that does not match the conversation.
Diagnosis, not guesswork
We test and measure — capacitance, amp draw, static pressure, superheat — so we replace the part that actually failed, not the one that is easiest to reach.
Stocked trucks, first-visit fixes
Every truck carries the parts that account for most residential failures, so the majority of repairs finish on the first visit rather than the third.
Licensed, insured, background-checked
EPA-certified technicians who show up in uniform, in a marked truck, at the time we told you — and who wear shoe covers in your home.
Real 24/7 emergency response
A person answers the phone at 2am, not a voicemail box. When there is no cooling in August, waiting until Monday is not an option.
Built on repeat customers
We would rather tell you a system has two good years left than sell you one you do not need. That is why most of our work comes from referrals.

Reviews
What our customers say
Serving 40+ households with 4 licensed technicians on the road.
“Called at 7am on a Saturday with no cooling and a house full of family. Tech was here by 10, found a failed capacitor, showed me the reading on the meter and had us running in under an hour. Fair price, no upsell.”
Denise R.
Ocala, FL · AC Repair
“They did a full load calculation before quoting — the third company I called and the first to actually measure anything. The new system is quieter and my July bill dropped by about sixty dollars.”
Marcus T.
The Villages, FL · AC Installation
“On the maintenance plan for three years now. They catch the small things before they become the two-thousand-dollar things. Same tech most visits, which I appreciate.”
Angela P.
Gainesville, FL · AC Maintenance
“Water was dripping through my ceiling at 9pm. They talked me through shutting the system off over the phone, then came out first thing and cleared the drain line. Honest people.”
Robert K.
Belleview, FL · Emergency HVAC Service
“One bedroom was always hot. Two other companies told me to just close vents elsewhere. Cool Rush actually tested the ductwork and found a disconnected run in the attic. Fixed properly.”
Maria L.
Dunnellon, FL · Ductwork & Airflow
“Straightforward about the fact that my unit had maybe two more seasons left, but repaired it anyway because that is what I asked for. No pressure. That is why I will call them when it does die.”

FAQ
Questions we get asked a lot
How quickly can you get to me?
For most calls in our service area we offer same-day or next-day appointments. Genuine emergencies — no cooling in extreme heat, no heat in a cold snap, water damage or an electrical fault — are dispatched around the clock.
Do you charge for a diagnosis?
We charge a flat diagnostic fee to come out, test the system properly and tell you exactly what is wrong. There is no charge for a quote on a full system replacement.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. Your technician explains the fault, gives you the price in writing and gets your approval before any repair work begins. No surprises on the invoice.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician is licensed, background-checked and fully insured, and we carry EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
How often should I service my system?
Twice a year is the standard: cooling in spring, heating in autumn. In Florida, where systems run most of the year, that schedule is what keeps a unit reaching its full service life.
My AC is old. Should I repair it or replace it?
As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs more than a third of a replacement and the system is past ten years old, replacement usually wins on total cost. We will give you both numbers and let you decide.
Let's get your system running the way it should.
