Four things we refuse to compromise on
Diagnose before you quote
We measure — capacitance, amp draw, static pressure, superheat — before we say a word about price. A guess is not a diagnosis, and a parts cannon is not a repair.
Tell people the truth
If a system has three good years left, we say so, even when a replacement would be the bigger sale. We would rather have the next twenty years of your business than one large invoice.
Price it before we touch it
You approve the number in writing before any work starts. No hourly creep, no line items that appear after the fact.
Leave it better than we found it
Shoe covers, drop cloths, the old part shown to you, the area cleaned up. The state we leave your home in is part of the job.
