Accessibility
We want anyone to be able to book HVAC service, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we have built in
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure
- A skip link to jump straight to the main content
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Form fields with real labels, and errors announced to screen readers
- Colour contrast that meets AA for body text and controls
- Touch targets of at least 48 pixels, particularly in the field app
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting — animations are disabled if you have asked your device for less motion
- Full keyboard operability, including menus and dialogs
- Meaningful alternative text on images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
Where we may fall short
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we treat that as a defect and want to hear about it.
